This un-aged tequila has all the wanted characteristics of a Tequila-Valley tequila- citrus, flowers, salt, herbs and black pepper, but at a high proof. A nice, clean and crispy tequila that compliments all sorts of food, especially Caesar salad and oysters.

cocktail Arette Fuerte is best served as a digestive, slightly chilled (about 14°C) in a Riedel tequila glass, or as a base in lavish cocktails. A typical tequila from the town of Tequila in the best way at still strenght!.

Manufacturing and aging

The agave used in the production of this tequila is exclusively cultivated in fields of the outskirts of the town of Tequila (unlikw most other tequilas available on the European market that are either made of agave from
several towns within Jalisco, especially around Los Altos). This agave has a relatively high fibre and low water content, which often adds aromas of citrus and herbs. The agave is cooked in a pressure cooker, which enhances aromas from the raw agave.
  • NO Use of accelerators under fermentation
    NO Additives after distillation
