An aroma of peanut seeds can be perceived in the nose. The Espadín agave brings floral and citric aromas to this mezcal. In the mouth the Barril agave gives a mineral structure while the Cuishe brings soft herbal notes like arugula and fennel.

The founder¨s vision has always been to highlight the local Maestro Mezcaleros by having each expression of mezcal be made by a different master producer. This vision tied in perfectly with Memo´s goals in Agave Capital. Bruxo has always been commited to investing back into the local communities by making Maestro Mezcaleros more than simply producers, but partners of the brand.

Manufacturing and aging

This is a creation of maestro mezcalero Cesáreo Rodríguez. The proportions in the composition of this mezcal is 60% Cuishe, 30% Barril, both from the Karawinski family, and 10% Espadín. A conic stone oven is used in the cooking and a Tahona de piedra in the milling. The distillation is made in a copper pot still. The Palenque in which this mezcal is made is located in Las Salinas. This is the Palenque in the BRUXO family that is furthest from the capital of the state.
