ORDER AT SYSTEMBOLAGET
Clear. Citrus, honey, flowers, a hint of pepper. Opens a little robust, continues with citrus, herbs and honey. A slightly peppery and relatively long finish. This is a perfect example of how typical tequila made of agave from the town of Tequila should taste.
It is best enjoyed as a digestive served slightly chilled (about 14 C) in a Riedel tequila glass. It is excellent as the base in lavish cocktails. A good combination is to serve Arette Blanco with Caesar salad or with oysters.
