Clear. Citrus, honey, flowers, a hint of pepper. Opens a little robust, continues with citrus, herbs and honey. A slightly peppery and relatively long finish. This is a perfect example of how typical tequila made of agave from the town of Tequila should taste.

cocktail It is best enjoyed as a digestive served slightly chilled (about 14 C) in a Riedel tequila glass. It is excellent as the base in lavish cocktails. A good combination is to serve Arette Blanco with Caesar salad or with oysters.

Small batch hand-crafted tequila 100% Agave - Family owned for 5 Generations Distillery "El Llano" since 1900. The Arette brand was named after Humberto Mariles' horse, with which he competed at the 1948 London Olympics. Together they won both individual and team show jumping events in 1948.
Production details
The agave used in the production of this tequila is exclusively cultivated in fields of the outskirts of the Tequila town (most other tequilas available on the European market are either made of agave from several towns within Jalisco, especially around Los Altos). This agave has relatively high fiber content and low water content, which often adds aromas of citrus and herbs.
