Our Reposado expertly blends the traditional Espadín notes of smoke and caramel (A. angustifolia) with the precious complexity of the herbal Tobalá (A. potatorum). The candied richness of vanilla and dry fruits emerges from the 4 - 6 months of aging in white oak casks, resulting in a smooth, layered, and delicious experience. Medium-bodied, amber color with golden sparkles. In the nose, light notes of vanilla, cooked agave, with hints of wood and light smoke near the end. In the mouth Nuts, caramel, and vanilla are perceived, with an aftertaste of herbal notes.
Can be enjoyed neat, as is tradition in Mexico, by mezcal lovers and those new to the category. Accompanied by a slice of orange or pineapple with worm salt. Also in cocktails.
