Ingredients:
  • Water for dipping
  • Salt, for rimming glasses
  • 130g Tequila Cobalto Reposado®
  • 50g Cointreau®
  • 60g lemon (approx. 1 lemon), peeled, no white pith, cut into quarters and pips removed
  • 30g lime (approx. 1 lime), peeled, no white pith, cut into quarters and pips removed
  • 90g orange (approx. 1?2 orange), peeled, no white pith, cut into quarters and pips removed
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar syrup
  • 500g ice cubes
Process:

1. Place a few cm of water on a bowl or dish, working one glass at a time, place 6 margarita glasses upside down into the water to wet the rim. Spread salt onto a plate and dip glass rims into salt, then set glasses asid. 2. Place all remaining ingredients, except ice cubes into blende at medium speed. 3. Add ice cubes and crush. Pour margarita mixture into prepared glasses and serve. 4. Pour margarita mixture into prepared glasses and serve.
